In the MAIN section of the system BIOS, select SATA Mode and switch to AHCI. Then I installed all the available device drivers from Dell for my PC. To switch to AHCI, please refer to the steps below: Enter the system BIOS by pressing F2 during boot. That fixed Device Manager issues except for 1 of the 2 Standard SATA AHCI Controllers.
